Brompton Bike Hire (BBH), a subsidiary of the world acclaimed bicycle manufacturer Brompton, sells and manages a network of bicycle hiring stations (‘Docks’) designed for the Brompton folding bicycle. BBH is the only bicycle hire solution with a viable, long-term future suitable for nationwide expansion. Compared with conventional schemes, BBH is cheaper to install, cheaper to operate and fully prepared for the trend towards pedelecs (bicycles with electric motors to assist the user as they pedal).
